The goal of our highly trained teaching team is to share with Ottawa, the life work of Joseph Pilates, to enhance each person's life by helping them achieve their personal mobility, fitness and performance goals.

What is Pilates?

The Pilates Method consists of exercises that aim to train our muscle systems to allow better movement and improved physical fitness for all areas of life.  Strength, co-ordination, flexibility and body mechanics are dramatically improved through Pilates mat and equipment work . The concentration needed to perform the exercises helps calm and clear the mind.
