The Pilates Method consists of exercises that aim to train our muscle systems to allow better movement and improved physical fitness for all areas of life. Strength, co-ordination, flexibility and body mechanice are dramatically improved through Pilates mat and equipment work . The concentration needed to perform the exercises helps calm and clear the mind.
