4 Options for getting started are:

1. Intro to Pilates Mat Class:

This class is good for anyone who has never taken Pilates - no matter what your fitness level. The focus is on correct body alignment, flexibility, and proper use of the core muscles.  This class provides the foundation information and movements to allow students to progress to the next level with confidence.

2. Personalized Program - Five Private Sessions, 10 Group Practices:

This bundle includes 5 private sessions and 10 Group Practices.  During your private session we work one on one with you to develop your own exercise program based on your goals and abilities.

In Group Practices there is one teacher and up to four students each practicing their own personal program.  This is a really good way to learn, partly coached and partly on your own. You will become more mentally and physically involved in addressing your body’s needs.

3. Beginner Reformer Class:

This class teaches the fundamental Reformer repertoire and will include the use of other equipment and mat work as required to teach the movements.

The Reformer is a piece of Pilates equipment which includes spring resistance and a moving platform.  It's beneficial for all clients from rehab to elite athletes  You get a great workout as you retrain your muscle systems to be more effective and the joints more open.

4. Private and Semi-Private Sessions:

Working privately with a teacher is an ideal way to begin.  The benefits of private sessions are we can work with you at your speed, we can lead you to a really strong physical understanding of the fundamentals and movements and we can address your specific goals and concerns.  Group Practices and classes will be available to you as well.
