What is Pilates?
The Pilates Method consists of exercises that aim to train our muscle systems to allow better movement and improved physical fitness for all areas of life. Strength, co-ordination, flexibility and body mechanics are dramatically improved through Pilates mat and equipment work . The concentration needed to perform the exercises helps calm and clear the mind.
